Add items to your basket and go to checkout. You can check and correct your details at any time before you pay; paying places your order.
We keep a record of your order, which you can see in your account if you have one. Please save or print these Terms. The contract is in English.
Placing an order and paying is an offer to buy, which we accept when we take payment and email you to confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil it (for example an obvious pricing error or an item becoming unavailable) we will tell you and refund you in full within 3 working days.
We may also decline an order if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the website. If we do, we refund you in full within the same time.
Prices are displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
Details relating to VAT, import duties, delivery, returns, and refunds vary by region and are set out in full on our Shipping & Returns Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
Payment is taken at the point of order via secure third-party payment providers. Stack Audio does not store full payment card details.
Delivery arrangements, fulfilment locations, returns and our 60-day money-back guarantee are described in full on our Shipping & Returns Policy page. That policy forms part of these Terms and should be read before placing an order.
Delivery. We dispatch within 2 working days. UK deliveries usually arrive 1–3 working days after dispatch, and EU and US deliveries 2–3 working days after dispatch. For Australia and the rest of the world, delivery times vary by destination. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.
Orders outside the UK, EU, USA and Australia. Orders to these countries are sent with duties unpaid. Import duties, taxes and customs fees will be charged by your country on delivery; they are not included in our prices and are paid by you to the carrier or customs.
Returns. Returns under our guarantee are free: tell us and we’ll arrange collection. We refund within 5 working days of the goods reaching us and being inspected. The refund is in full, subject to the parts being complete and undamaged: if parts are missing or there is clear damage beyond normal handling, a small adjustment may be applied.
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to change your mind about an order placed online and receive a refund. This is separate from our 60-day money-back guarantee, and using one does not remove the other. Our guarantee gives you longer; the legal right below is the minimum the law gives you.
You have 14 days to change your mind, starting the day you — or someone you have asked to receive it — take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in separate parts, the 14 days start with the last item.
To cancel, just tell us. Email info@stackaudio.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you are cancelling, or use the form below. You do not have to give a reason. Simply sending the goods back without telling us is not enough.
Returning the goods and your refund. We will arrange collection free of charge; just keep the goods safe and ready for our courier. If you would rather send them back yourself, please do so within 14 days of telling us. We will refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling, even if we have not yet collected the goods. The refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid; if you chose a faster delivery option we refund the standard cost rather than the upgrade. We refund to the payment method you used, and you pay no fee for the refund. To meet the deadline, you only need to send your message before the 14 days are up.
You are free to handle the goods as you reasonably would in a shop. If you handle them more than that and their value is reduced as a result, we may deduct that reduction from your refund.
You do not have to use this form — an email saying you are cancelling is enough — but it is here if you would rather. Complete and return it to Stack Audio Ltd, Unit 4 & 5, Forde Court, Brunel Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4BT, United Kingdom, or by email to info@stackaudio.co.uk.
To Stack Audio Ltd: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods:

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images and specifications published on this website are accurate and up to date.
We may make minor improvements to design, materials, finishes, packaging or specifications that do not affect performance, function or quality. If we need to make a significant change to something you have ordered, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
All Stack Audio products are designed and made to a high standard and come with a 3-year warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes the CSA rubber inserts.
The warranty applies worldwide, wherever you live. It is in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them (see Your legal rights, below).
The warranty applies to the product itself and remains valid for the full warranty period, subject to the conditions set out below.
The warranty stays with the product. If you sell or pass on a Stack Audio product, the remainder of its warranty goes with it to the new owner. There is nothing to register, no form to complete and no fee.
The warranty still runs for three years from the original date of purchase. Passing the product on does not restart it.
To make a warranty claim, whoever owns the product must be able to provide:
Proof of the original purchase date, and
The product serial number (where applicable)
If you are buying second-hand, ask the seller for the original proof of purchase and keep it. Without it we have no way to establish when the warranty began, and we may not be able to honour a claim.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal and intended use of the product, including the CSA rubber inserts.
If a valid defect is found, we will repair or replace the product, or the affected part, free of charge. That includes the cost of carriage to and from us.
Any repair or replacement carried out under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation
Damage resulting from unauthorised modification or repair
Damage caused by unsuitable or faulty ancillary equipment
Normal wear, ageing, or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
Accidental damage or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control
Products where the serial number has been altered, removed, or made illegible
For a faulty product we cover the cost of getting it to and from us. Contact us first and we will arrange collection and tell you how best to pack it.
If you send it yourself without asking us first, please use a tracked, insured service; we will refund reasonable postage for a valid claim.

Please include:

This warranty is given by Stack Audio Ltd, Unit 4 Block 4, Forde Court, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4BT, United Kingdom, applies wherever you live, and is in addition to your legal rights, which it does not replace or limit.
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you can reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that you can ask for a repair or replacement (your choice, unless one is impossible or disproportionate), and if that does not fix it, a price reduction or refund. A fault that appears within six months of delivery is presumed to have been there from the start.
If you live in the EU, you have a legal guarantee of conformity from us as the seller for at least two years, free of charge, whatever this warranty says.
This warranty is separate from our 60-day money-back guarantee and returns process, which are detailed in full on our Shipping & Returns Policy page.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data. It is not part of this contract.
Stack Audio Ltd operates an internal business system for its own stock, order and accounting management. This system connects to our accounting software, QuickBooks Online (provided by Intuit), and is used only by authorised Stack Audio staff.
The system is not offered to customers or third parties, and no one outside Stack Audio Ltd can access it.
Data exchanged between our internal system and QuickBooks Online, such as sales, invoices, refunds, supplier bills and stock values, is used solely for Stack Audio Ltd’s own bookkeeping, VAT and financial reporting. It is not sold, shared with other businesses, or used for marketing.
Access to the system and its connection to QuickBooks Online is restricted to authorised staff. The connection can be withdrawn at any time from within QuickBooks Online.
Where this data includes personal information (for example, customer names on invoices), it is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
Questions about this section can be sent to info@stackaudio.co.uk.
Our prices are set in pounds sterling. You see prices, and pay, in the currency of your delivery country:
EU — euros at a daily exchange rate, including your country’s VAT (EU orders ship from the Netherlands);
United States — US dollars at a daily exchange rate plus a 10% adjustment for the import tariffs and costs we pay in advance, with nothing added on delivery;
Australia — fixed Australian-dollar prices including GST, import handling and processing;
everywhere else — pounds sterling, including VAT for UK delivery and without VAT for exports.
Every price shown already includes these. Exchange rates move daily, so the price at checkout is the one that applies.
The currency and amount you will be charged are shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or charges on top, over which we have no control.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
These Terms are for customers buying through this website. Trade and dealer accounts may be on separate terms agreed with us.
Goods are our responsibility until they are in your physical possession, or that of someone you have asked to receive them, including a neighbour or safe place you have named. If you collect from a carrier’s pickup point, they remain ours until you collect. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
If something has gone wrong, please tell us. Most problems are quickest to resolve directly.
Email info@stackaudio.co.uk with your order number and what has happened. We will acknowledge your complaint, tell you how long we expect to take, and keep you informed until it is resolved.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing, name an alternative dispute resolution provider and say whether we will use it.
Making a complaint does not affect your legal rights, including your right to cancel, your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods, or your warranty.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach.
We do not limit or exclude our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for your statutory rights in relation to goods that are not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to limit the effect. Where a delay is substantial you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for anything paid for and not received.
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
If we do not insist that you do something, or delay in taking action, that does not prevent us from doing so later.
A contract is between you and us. You may not transfer it without our agreement; we may transfer it where your rights under it are not affected.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.
